Job Description


GBS Headcount Management

  • Consolidate the GTT report on a regular basis
  • Align with SPOCs to gather the forecast data
  • Consolidate the Attrition data from HR and Business Office
  • Align GTT with GHM data and explain the variance
  • Work with finance team for the Forecast alignment
Hiring co-ordination
  • Consolidate the HCM reports from TAT team
  • Generate skill team wise reports and share with SPOCs
  • Generate Hiring Metrics
  • Collect the RRS reports from BO and consolidate into one master report
  • Issue tracker on hiring and follow-up
  • Manage Employee contact through the hiring managers (on regular basis)
Interviews and events
  • Consolidate data to support hiring events
  • Work with TAT and HR for suitable dates \xe2\x80\x93 create an events calendar
  • Co-ordinate for finalizing the interview panels
  • Support during interviews
  • Recognition and rewards management
Management Reporting
  • Monthly BPR and SAR reports
  • Ad-hoc reports to support timely decisions
  • Regular reviews with SPOCs, GTT and GHM data


B.Com.,MBA with 5 years of experience in the IT /Finance skill teams preferred. Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal) Excellent Presentation skills and experience in handling management meetings
