Manage and oversee all IT operations within the jewellery showroom, including network systems, security, data management, and software applications.
Take full ownership of
ACME software
(used for jewellery billing, inventory, and customer management).
Ensure smooth functioning of the billing system across all counters and POS points.
Troubleshoot software issues and provide real-time support to the cashier and sales teams.
Coordinate with ACME software providers for updates, patches, or customizations.
Maintain backups, database integrity, and overall system security.
Train staff on using ACME software and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with accounts, inventory, and CRM teams to streamline tech-driven workflows.
Implement cybersecurity best practices and ensure data protection (especially for customer information and billing data).
