Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled

Junior Service Engineer

to join our service team. The candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of laptops, desktops, and printers, ensuring high-quality support and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of laptops, desktops, and printers. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on devices. Replace or repair faulty components in laptops, desktops, and printers. Provide on-site and remote support to clients as required. Maintain service logs and documentation of all activities. Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Diploma/Graduate in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience: 0-1 year in IT hardware servicing (preferably laptops, desktops, and printers). Basic knowledge of computer hardware, printer mechanisms, and networking. Understanding of Windows OS, basic software troubleshooting, and drivers installation. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn. Customer-focused approach and professional behavior.
