Job Title: IT Sales Executive and Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Hardware Sales Executive and Sales Manager to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. The role involves selling IT hardware products such as desktops, laptops, servers, networking equipment, peripherals, and other hardware components to B2B clients. You will identify customer needs, provide technical product recommendations, and close sales efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and generate new business leads.
? Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hardware solutions.
? Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals. ? Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
? Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
? Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery.
? Stay updated on the latest IT hardware trends, pricing, and competition.
? Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
? Sales Executive: 1-3 years of experience in IT hardware sales preferred (freshers with strong technical interest can apply for junior roles).
? Sales Manager: 3-5 years of experience.
? Good knowledge of IT hardware: laptops, servers, printers, routers, etc. is a plus.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Self-motivated and target-oriented.
