Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain
computers, servers, and networking equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve
hardware, peripheral, and connectivity issues
Monitor and maintain
IT hardware inventory
Assist in
hardware procurement
and vendor coordination
Ensure
hardware security and proper disposal of old equipment
Provide
support to end-users
for hardware-related issues
Collaborate with IT team for
system upgrades and infrastructure improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in
IT hardware management and support
Strong knowledge of
PC, server, and networking hardware
Experience with
hardware troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades
Familiarity with
networking devices, printers, and other peripherals
Ability to
diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
Good documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with
LAN/WAN and server hardware
Knowledge of
IT asset management tools
Ability to
train junior staff or end-users
