Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

IT Hardware & Networking Executive

to
manage and support our IT infrastructure within the manufacturing environment. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware systems, overseeing network
performance, and ensuring smooth and secure connectivity across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware Support:

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for end users. Perform regular system upgrades and preventive maintenance.

Network Administration:

Set up and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and access points. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensureminimal downtime. Manage firewall and network security configurations.

Server & System Maintenance:

Maintain file servers, email servers, and internal databases. Perform routine backup operations and ensure data security and recovery measures are in place.

IT Asset Management:

Maintain an inventory of all IT assets. Manage the procurement and disposal of hardware and networking equipmentas per policy.

User Support & Training:

Provide timely support to plant and office staff for IT-related issues. Train users on new hardware or software systems as needed.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with IT security protocols. Document network configurations, changes, and incident resolutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, troubleshooting, and repair. Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and basic server management. Knowledge of IT security practices and backup systems. Problem-solving attitude with excellent communication skills. Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment is preferred.

Preferred Certifications:

CompTIA A+ / Network+ CCNA or equivalent networking certification Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) is a plus

Pay: ?25,792.51 - ?50,072.64 per month
