Installation & maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers & scanners
Troubleshoot hardware, system & peripheral issues
Provide basic LAN, router & network support
OS installation, software updates & system configuration
Maintain IT asset records, inventory & AMC details
Coordinate with vendors for repairs & replacements
Provide on-site IT support within plant & office environment
Follow IT security & company compliance policies
Requirements:
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science or related field
1-3 years experience in IT hardware support
Basic networking & system knowledge
Good troubleshooting & coordination skills
Comfortable working in an industrial / chemical plant setup

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
