CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Minimum 3 years of experience.

Installation and Maintenance: Install and configure hardware, software, and network systems, including workstations, laptops, and other equipment.

Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical assistance to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve system outages.

Monitoring and Performance: Monitor system performance to ensure optimal speed and uptime, conduct performance checks, and manage system upgrades.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.

Designs, implements, and manages computer networks (LANs, WANs, VPNs), ensuring they are secure and efficient.
