Job Title IT Functional Engineer

As a technical engineer you'll be responsible for implementing data collection and managing web analytics solutions which provide actionable insights for business and markets, involving customizing software in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics. You'll act as a counterpart for the Product Architects and work together with marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure that data collection is accurate and comprehensive. Delivering highly qualitative analytics and dashboards must be in your DNA!

What you'll do

• You'll contribute technical knowledge and skills to the Analytics team, ensuring solutions of high technical standard in the product
• You'll translate user stories into technical solutions, implement and configure those solutions in Adobe Analytics
• You'll ensure data accuracy and integrity on all brands and touchpoints together with the Marketing team
• You'll be responsible for the documentation, development and life-cycle maintenance of the assigned applications.
• You'll be driving innovation in business process re-engineering, finding new ways of working using new IT technologies.

Your qualifications

• You've a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology (or equivalent)
• You've 3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• You've experience with Tag Management System - Adobe Data Collection/Adobe Launch) for Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform
• You've a background in software engineering
• You've a strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• You've knowledge of integrating with other social platforms like Google 360, Meta, LinkedIn.
• You're fluent in English and you have excellent communication skills
• You've excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You've ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
