Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking devices, and IT infrastructure.
Perform on-site diagnostics to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Provide preventive maintenance and health checks for client systems.
Respond to service requests, resolve issues within SLA, and maintain service reports.
Coordinate with internal technical teams and OEMs for escalations.
Ensure proper documentation of service activities, incident logs, and customer feedback.
Train end-users on product usage, safety, and best practices.
Assist in deployment of new technologies or upgrades at client locations.
Maintain tools, equipment, and spare inventory required for field visits.
Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism during all client interactions.
