About the Role

We are hiring Field Service Engineers who can handle installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and basic networking equipment at customer locations. This is a field-based job involving daily site visits.

Qualifications

Candidates must have:

Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or any Technical stream

Freshers or 1+ years of experience in computer hardware/service / IT support

Key Requirements

A two-wheeler is mandatory for field travel

Good understanding of computer hardware & peripherals

Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, modem, routers)

Ability to handle customer visits, installations & service calls

Should be willing to travel within the assigned region daily

Job Responsibilities

Installation and configuration of systems/devices at client sites

Troubleshooting PC, laptop, printer, and hardware issues

Basic network issue resolution

Providing on-site technical support

Maintaining service logs and daily reports

Ensuring professional behaviour and timely service delivery
