Position Overview:
As a Field Service Engineer at ExperioTech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal operation of our technical systems in the field. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our equipment, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a skilled engineer with a customer-centric mindset and a willingness to travel to various customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:

nstallation:
Conduct on-site installation, configuration, and setup of ExperioTech Radar Interceptor equipments at customer locations.
2.
Maintenance:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on technical systems to ensure their reliability and performance.
3.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise with our equipment, including hardware and software problems.
4.
Repairs:
Repair or replace faulty components and modules to minimize system downtime.
5.
Customer Support:
Provide excellent customer support by addressing technical inquiries, offering guidance, and assisting customers in understanding and operating our systems effectively.
6.
Training:
Train customers or end-users on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment.
7.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of service activities, equipment configurations, and customer interactions.
8.
System Upgrades:
Assist in the implementation of system upgrades, software updates, and hardware enhancements.
9.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the quality and performance of installed systems meet ExeperioTech's standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Diploma/ITI degree in IT/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in field service engineering or a related technical role.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows, Ubuntu/Linux, basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Customer-focused with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
