Key Responsibilities

On-Site Technical Support:

Travel to client sites to provide hands-on technical assistance for various IT systems.

Installation & Maintenance:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and other technical equipment.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including network connectivity, hardware malfunctions, and software problems.

System Optimization:

Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of IT infrastructure by monitoring and making necessary adjustments.

Documentation:

Create and maintain accurate records of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to build a knowledge base.

Site Assessments:

Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications and technical requirements.

Client Interaction:

Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring they understand how to use systems and receive timely resolution to their issues.

Collaboration:

Work with project teams and other departments to integrate new technologies and meet project goals.

Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about new technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance field operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
