Role Objective To impart training and monitor the student life cycle for ensuring standard outcome Responsibilities
In this role, you will be
responsible for: \xef\x82\xa7 Impart training on domain
\xef\x82\xa7 Mapping and identifying where needy underprivileged youths may be found,
counseling the youths to do the courses.
\xef\x82\xa7 Review student resumes and give feedback; provide coaching for the
interview process.
\xef\x82\xa7 Conducting mock interviews.
\xef\x82\xa7 Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.
\xef\x82\xa7 Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
\xef\x82\xa7 Observe and maintain accurate and complete records of student\xe2\x80\x99s progress
and development.
\xef\x82\xa7 Counseling students with academic problems and providing student
encouragement.
\xef\x82\xa7 Groom the students to prepare them for jobs.
\xef\x82\xa7 Ensuring good employment opportunities for the students with prospective
employers.
\xef\x82\xa7 Needs to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on
the organizations needs. Desired profile \xef\x82\xa7 Graduate
\xef\x82\xa7 Relevant experience of at least 1(one) year.
\xef\x82\xa7 Professional training in Soft Skill , Behavioral and Attitude.
\xef\x82\xa7 Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
\xef\x82\xa7 Willingness to travel to remote areas
\xef\x82\xa7 Good Communication Skills, Influencing Skills .
\xef\x82\xa7 Proficient in English, Bengali and Hindi
\xef\x82\xa7 Preferred Industry: IT Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 925,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Benefits:
