Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & System Administration

Manage, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and workstations. Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of network and system architecture. Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for business continuity.

Security & Compliance

Monitor and manage network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection. Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with AS9000D, or other standards. Implement and manage identity & access management (IAM) solutions.

Cloud & Virtualization

Manage and optimize AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments. Oversee virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) for scalability and cost efficiency. Support cloud migration strategies and DevOps practices.

IT Support & Troubleshooting

Provide technical support to employees for software, hardware, and network-related issues. Manage IT asset inventory and procurement of hardware/software licenses. Automate IT processes using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.

Collaboration & Software Support

Work closely with R&D teams to ensure IT systems support software deployment and CI/CD pipelines. Administer and manage tools like SVN, JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Optimize database performance (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MSSQL).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 to 12 years of experience in IT administration, infrastructure management, and cloud technologies. Strong expertise in Windows/Linux server administration. Experience with firewall management, network security, and VPN configurations. Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments. Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Freshservice. * Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure support for development teams.
