Key Responsibilities:
Software & Application Support
Troubleshoot issues in Google Workspace (emails, drive access, user management).
Manage all digital assets of the organisation in respect for licensing and renewals CRM + SAP Integration Support
Provide first-line support for the CRM platform used by sales/service teams.
Coordinate training and troubleshooting for on-ground users. Infrastructure & Hardware Support
Provide IT support for all internal hardware: desktops, laptops, tablets (sales/service), printers, scanners, etc.
Install and maintain operating systems, applications, and antivirus across devices.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely servicing/replacement.
Set up and troubleshoot Wi-Fi routers, network switches, LAN infrastructure, and VPN connections.
Ensure stable internet and internal network performance across departments.
Ensure uptime and performance of digital tools used across the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or tech operations.
Working knowledge of:
Google Workspace & Admin Console
Ability to provide support for CRM or ERP systems, preferably SAP B1 integrations
Strong interpersonal skills to support non-technical staff effectively.
Network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
