As IT Executive, you'll be the backbone of our technology operations, supporting hotel and restaurant teams, maintaining critical systems, and ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and guests. This role demands hands-on troubleshooting, proactive system management, and coordination with vendors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain hotel and restaurant IT systems including PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric access, and guest entertainment platforms
Provide prompt technical support to staff across departments and locations
Monitor network health, data backups, and cybersecurity protocols
Manage hardware/software procurement, installation, and vendor coordination
Support digital assets including websites, booking engines, and email systems
Document system configurations and maintain IT inventory
Ensure compliance with IT policies and assist during audits or upgrades
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2-4 years of IT support experience, preferably in hospitality or retail
Proficiency in Windows OS, networking, and hotel software
Familiarity with cloud services, antivirus tools, and data protection practices
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Willingness to travel between properties and respond to urgent issues
