The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows environments and hotel systems to ensure our technology is secure, reliable, and guest-ready.
Role: IT Executive | Employment: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support and administer hotel applications: PMS and POS (WINHMS), email, Windows accounts, and telephony systems (Alcatel).
2. Monitor uptime, performance, and security of all computer hardware and networks; maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.
3. Troubleshoot and maintain PCs, printers, Wi?Fi infrastructure, and back-office systems to minimize any guest-impacting downtime.
4. Enforce backups and incident procedures; assist with monthly IT reporting and audit/compliance tasks.
5. Partner with Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless operations across PMS, POS, telephony, and guest technologies.
Qualifications:
1. Degree/diploma in IT or related field; 2-5 years in hotel IT or enterprise IT support.
2. Hands-on proficiency with Windows Server and desktop environments, TCP/IP networking, and hospitality-specific software like PMS, POS, and telephony systems. Direct experience with WINHMS is highly preferred.
3. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills in a live guest environment.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with hospitality compliance, service standards, and cross-system integrations. A willingness to learn about IT budgeting basics and vendor coordination is a plus.
