IT Executive

Location- Noida

CTC- 6.0 to 8.50 LPA

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in IT support or system administration (preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment). Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with ERP systems, CCTV setup, and cloud applications is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

About the Role:

Looking for a proactive and technically skilled

IT Executive

to support and manage the day-to-day IT operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, provide technical support to users, and assist in maintaining secure and efficient IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and system issues across the plant/office.

System Maintenance:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.

Network Administration:

Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.

IT Asset Management:

Maintain records of all IT assets and ensure timely updates and upgrades.

Data Security:

Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, backups, antivirus systems, and access controls.

Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for repairs, AMC, and procurement.

User Training:

Educate employees on IT policies, data safety practices, and software usage.

Software Management:

Install and manage licensed software, updates, and patches as required.

Documentation:

Maintain documentation for network configuration, troubleshooting logs, and IT inventory.
