Candidate must have proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
Candidate can provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Candidate can Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
Candidate can troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
Candidate can set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with security policies.
Candidate can monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Candidate must have strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common IT tools.
Candidate must have knowledge of LAN wires, RJ45 connector.
Candidate should have Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Candidate must have ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
