Job Description

Job Summary:

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and resolving all hardware and software-related issues across the organization. The role involves providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations of systems, networks, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner. Provide technical support to employees (onsite and remote) for system-related queries. Maintain and update operating systems, antivirus, and other essential software. Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. Ensure regular data backup and system recovery solutions are in place. Assist in setting up new user accounts, emails, and access permissions. Keep records of repairs, issues, and solutions for future reference. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase, repair, or warranty claims. Ensure IT security, including firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies. Support installation and configuration of networking devices (routers, switches, Wi-Fi).

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS. Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and commonly used business applications. Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration). Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
