The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology-related processes. Qualification-

Any IT professional Degree like B.Tech./B.Sc., etc.

Skills Required -

Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and networking issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.

Ensure data security, backups, and system integrity.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations and user guides.

Assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting (including accounting and finance-related software like QuickBooks, AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, and Yardi, etc. will be a plus).

Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.

Collaborate with vendors for IT hardware and software procurement.

Provide basic cybersecurity awareness training to employees.

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Support in project management and task tracking
