Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. Assist in managing IT infrastructure and support the daily operations of the department. Ensure proper data backup and recovery procedures are in place. Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades. Monitor network performance and assist with troubleshooting connectivity issues. Maintain and manage user accounts and access permissions. Provide technical support to employees for various IT-related inquiries. Ensure adherence to company's IT security policies and best practices. Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for IT solutions and support. Prepare reports and documentation related to IT systems and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 1 to 5 years of experience in IT support or network administration. Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Hands-on experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and VPNs. Basic knowledge of database management and server administration. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of IT security practices is a plus.
