: Diploma / BCA / B.Sc IT / Any IT-related qualification
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support all IT-related operations within the hospital
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, CCTV systems, and servers
LAN/WAN networking setup and maintenance including routers, switches, and firewalls
Manage internet, Wi-Fi, network sharing, and server connectivity
Provide IT support for Hospital Management System (HIS), billing, OPD/IPD software
User account management, password resets, and access control
Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, system patches, and IT security compliance
Track and resolve IT support tickets and coordinate with vendors and ISPs
Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, and asset record
Required Skills (Mandatory):
Strong expertise in Hardware & Networking (100% required)
Computer hardware troubleshooting
Networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS)
Router, switch, and firewall configuration
Basic server management and backup handling
Preferred / Additional Skills:
Basic knowledge of SQL (data checking, simple queries, basic troubleshooting)
Experience with hospital IT systems (HIS, billing software)
Knowledge of CCTV and biometric attendance systems
Important Note:
Candidate must be capable of handling all IT-related work in a hospital environment
Hardware & Networking skills are mandatory and top priority
SQL knowledge is an added advantage, not compulsory
