Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
Provide day-to-day IT support to plant and office users.
Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV systems, and access control systems.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and AMC services.
Manufacturing Systems & Applications
Support ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Tally / any manufacturing ERP).
Ensure smooth functioning of production-related IT systems (MES, SCADA, PLC interface support - if applicable).
Assist production and quality teams with system usage and troubleshooting.
Data & Security
Ensure data backup, recovery, and system availability.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures (antivirus, firewall, access control).
Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Software & Licensing
Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
Manage software licenses and renewals.
Support customization or reports in ERP or other business applications.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for IT automation and digitalization in manufacturing processes.
Train users on new systems, software, and IT best practices.
Experience/Education
IT Executive / Engineer:
1-5 years in manufacturing industry
Education:
Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science.
