Key Responsibilities
? Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users.
? Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and network devices.
? Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac OS and applications.
? Replace faulty hardware components and update asset tracking records.
? Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
? Support Office 365, email configuration, VPN access, and password resets.
? Monitor and maintain network connectivity at all locations.
? Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, and replacements.
? Assist in new store/branch IT setup and infrastructure installation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
