Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support to staff across departments.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.
Ensure data security, backups, and recovery processes are regularly implemented.
Maintain and update the IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking.
Manage LAN/WAN networks and ensure high availability and performance.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and security protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field (BCA, B.Sc IT, MCA, B.Tech preferred).
Minimum
2 to 5 years
of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.
Familiarity with antivirus, firewalls, CCTV systems, and backup solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced NGO environment.
