We are seeking a technically proficient IT Executive to manage our IT infrastructure, support ERP software implementation and maintenance, and provide comprehensive technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related queries and coordinate with vendors for complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Management & Support
Implement, configure, and maintain ERP software across the organization
Provide Level 1 technical support to end users for ERP-related queries
Load and install ERP-related software on user systems
Work with SQL databases to generate reports, troubleshoot data issues, and maintain database integrity
Coordinate with ERP vendors for Level 2 and Level 3 support escalations
Conduct user training sessions on ERP modules and functionality
Document ERP processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures
Technical Support & Infrastructure
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and network devices
Set up and manage system/server installations and configurations
Install, configure, and troubleshoot WiFi networks and access points
Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and cabling
Deploy and manage antivirus software across all systems
Ensure regular updates and patches for operating systems and applications
Perform routine system maintenance and backups
User Support & Coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues
Diagnose and resolve Level 1 technical problems promptly
Log all support requests and maintain ticket resolution records
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate vendors and follow up until resolution
Communicate effectively with end users to understand their technical requirements
Provide remote and on-site technical assistance as needed
Event Management
Provide comprehensive IT support during club events and functions
Set up audio-visual equipment, presentation systems, and connectivity for events
Ensure WiFi and network infrastructure is robust for large gatherings
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting during events
Coordinate with vendors for specialized equipment or support during major events
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Technical Skills
Essential:
Proficiency in SQL (writing queries, data manipulation, basic database administration)
Essential:
Experience with ERP software implementation and support
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and client operating systems
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and repairs
WiFi network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
Server installation, configuration, and maintenance
Antivirus management and endpoint security
Software deployment and license management

Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support role
Proven experience with ERP software implementation and support
Hands-on experience with SQL and database management
Prior experience managing IT requirements for events is preferred
