to support day-to-day IT operations, user support, and infrastructure maintenance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with basic hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues to staff.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Manage user accounts, credentials, and access rights (Active Directory, Google Workspace, etc.).
Assist in the setup and maintenance of classroom technology like projectors, smartboards, and CCTV.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi) issues.
Ensure timely updates and patching of systems and antivirus software.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and AMC follow-ups.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Assist in data backup processes and routine server health checks.
Support during events, online examinations, and presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar IT support/assistant role.
Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and IT peripherals.
Familiarity with tools like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, or G Suite is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.
