Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing the IT infrastructure that supports our courier operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively across departments to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day IT operations, including network administration, system maintenance, and troubleshooting. Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and security. Support and maintain courier management software and related applications. Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency. Assist in hardware and software procurement, installation, and upgrades. Provide technical support and training to employees as needed. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Handle IT-related vendor relationships and contracts. Ensure backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested regularly. Stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies relevant to the logistics industry.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Executive or similar role, preferably in logistics or courier services. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and cloud technologies. Experience with courier or logistics management software is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with IT security standards and protocols.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
