Job Description

An IT Executive in a hospital is a senior-level IT professional responsible for overseeing and managing the hospital's technology infrastructure, ensuring it functions efficiently and securely, and aligning technology initiatives with the hospital's business goals. They are involved in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

Developing and implementing technology strategies that support the hospital's mission and objectives. Managing technology budgets and allocating resources effectively. Staying current with technology trends and developments to ensure the hospital remains competitive.
Project Management:

Leading the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. Ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions, such as electronic health records (EHRs) and other software systems.
Team Leadership and Management:

Building and managing a high-performing IT team, providing guidance and support. Fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the IT department and with other departments. Mentoring and developing IT staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Security and Compliance:

Ensuring the security of the hospital's technology infrastructure, protecting sensitive patient data and adhering to compliance regulations like HIPAA. Implementing security measures such as firewalls, data encryption, and access controls.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

Addressing complex IT challenges, making critical decisions to resolve issues, and implementing effective solutions. Providing technical support to hospital staff and users, resolving hardware, software, and network problems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
