We are looking for a dedicated and skilled

IT Executive

to join our team at a reputed hotel located in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing hotel IT infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot hotel's IT systems including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. Manage and monitor internet connectivity, LAN cabling, and ensure proper functioning of Wi-Fi networks throughout the property. Coordinate with internet service providers and vendors for hardware/software support. Monitor and manage hotel software systems (PMS, POS, etc.) with basic troubleshooting. Maintain data backups and ensure network security and antivirus updates. Support staff with day-to-day IT-related issues and escalate major issues when needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Good knowledge of LAN/WAN cabling and network configurations. Strong understanding of Wi-Fi setup, routers, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Basic knowledge of hotel management software (preferred, but not mandatory). Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT-related tasks. Willingness to work in a hotel environment and provide on-call support when needed.
