What You'll Do:
Manage ERP systems: customization, bug fixes, SOPs, and training staff for smooth adoption
Oversee databases, backups, and data security practices
Maintain servers, networks, and plant-wide connectivity
Administer hardware & IT systems: desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, PBX, intercoms
Monitor software, licenses, and security updates
Manage CCTV & security systems to ensure continuous operation
Support website & digital platforms for branding and communication
Ensure IT compliance, documentation, budgeting, and vendor coordination
Contribute to IT audits, ISO compliance, and process improvements
Provide first-level support and escalate issues efficiently
Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, ERP support, or system administration
Proficiency in ERP systems, network management, cyber security, and IT compliance
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage plant-wide IT systems
