About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced

IT Manager

with a strong background in the

construction or real estate

industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the IT department, managing infrastructure, implementing systems, and supporting digital transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the IT operations and infrastructure across the organization, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems. Design and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives and project requirements in construction/real estate. Lead and manage a team of IT professionals and external vendors/consultants. Evaluate and implement ERP systems (preferably construction/real estate-specific platforms like SAP, Oracle, Builder TREND, or similar). Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols are in place and maintained. Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor negotiations. Oversee implementation and maintenance of BIM (Building Information Modeling), project management tools, and other construction technologies. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal IT policies. Provide technical support for multiple sites, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user satisfaction. Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 10 to 15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Mandatory experience in the Construction or Real Estate industry.

Strong knowledge of construction/real estate workflows and project lifecycles. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, project management tools, and document management systems specific to the industry. Proven ability to manage large-scale IT projects and lead cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and system integration. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP). Experience in handling IT infrastructure for multi-location construction projects.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
