Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and data backup
Responding in a timely manner to Cinema / Regional office IT issue
Providing technical support across the cinema/regional office
Setting up accounts for new users Testing new technology
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Providing training to other staff if needed
Maintenance and Monitoring of IT Infrastructure, Network & administration
Maintaining IT Assets / Inventory and Vendor Management
Configuration and troubleshooting for Users and responsible for help Desk Management
Managing & Supporting internal & external Audits and follow the company SOP's
Reporting of Incidents & Providing resolution as per the TAT
Managing POS, Screen display, UPS, EDC machine and Kiosk management
Managing TMS @ Cinema for any Network related issue
