Role Summary:
The IT Executive will handle day-to-day IT hardware, networking, and software installation support, while also assisting in basic software development and maintenance using .NET, C#, and SQL for in-house applications.?
Key responsibilities--IT support
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.?
Install and update operating systems (mainly Windows) and standard software (MS Office, antivirus, browsers, etc.).?
Troubleshoot hardware issues (no display, slow system, boot failures, printer problems) and coordinate with vendors when required.?
Provide first-level network support: LAN/Wi?Fi connectivity, IP configuration, sharing, basic router/switch setup under guidance.?
Support users with email, internet access, shared drives, and network printers.?
Maintain IT asset inventory and basic documentation of systems, licenses, and changes
Key responsibilities--coding (.NET, C#, SQL)
Assist in developing, maintaining, and debugging small modules or utilities using C# and the .NET framework under senior developer guidance.?
Write and modify simple SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts for reports or minor enhancements.?
Help fix minor bugs in existing internal applications (UI changes, validations, simple business logic).?
Participate in testing of changes, preparing test data, and documenting issues and resolutions.?
Collaborate with senior developers/IT team to understand requirements and implement small tasks.?
Required qualifications and skills
Education: B.Sc (Computer Science/IT/Electronics), BCA, or Diploma in Computer/IT/ECE with PGDCA
Experience: 0-2 years in IT support / desktop support / hardware & networking / junior developer; freshers with strong fundamentals can be considered.?
Technical skills:
Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.?
Basic networking concepts (LAN, IP address, switch, router, Wi?Fi).?
Software installation and basic configuration on Windows systems.?
Basic programming knowledge in C# and .NET, understanding of OOP concepts.?
Basic SQL knowledge: select/update queries, joins, and simple stored procedures.?
Soft skills: Good communication, willingness to learn, ability to follow processes and work in a team.?
Preferred / nice-to-have
Any course/certification in Hardware & Networking, MCSE, CCNA, or similar.?
Exposure to ASP.NET MVC or .NET Core, and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript.?
Experience with helpdesk/ticketing tools or version control (Git)
