We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled
IT Executive
to manage and support day-to-day IT operations at our project/site office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT infrastructure, system support, and coordination with the central IT team to address technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site IT support for all hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, CCTV, and other peripherals.
Manage site-level LAN/WAN connectivity and liaise with internet service providers as needed.
Perform regular backup of site data and ensure IT equipment is maintained as per company standards.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory and keep records of hardware/software assets.
Coordinate with the central IT team for system updates, cybersecurity compliance, and software deployments.
Support ERP or site-related software users in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Handle email setups, domain issues, and user access/permission control.
Ensure IT security protocols are followed at the site.
Provide training and guidance to non-technical users at the site.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or relevant discipline.
Minimum 2-4 years of IT support experience, preferably at an industrial/project site.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, MS Office, and antivirus tools.
Experience in handling LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and basic server setups.
Familiar with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial project sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
