Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cable punching and LAN crimping tasks with precision and efficiency

Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

Install, configure, and test network devices, cabling, and security systems (CCTV, biometric access control)

Conduct regular network maintenance and system upgrades

Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network infrastructure aligns with organizational requirements

Document network diagrams, cable layouts, and troubleshooting procedures

Install and configure CCTV systems, including NVRs and DVRs

Integrate and support biometric access control devices (e.g., fingerprint scanners, facial recognition systems)

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Networking, Electronics, or a related field

Hands-on experience in cable punching, LAN crimping, and network troubleshooting

Strong understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols

Proficiency with network diagnostic tools and related software

Experience working with CCTV systems and biometric access control solutions

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

Relevant network certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+)

Familiarity with IP surveillance systems and biometric access control protocols

Experience with brands such as:

CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua

Biometric Devices: ESSL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
