Hiring:

IT Executive - Mumbai, Pune & Client Sites

Salary:

15,000/month + Travel Allowance

Education

: 12th Pass, Any graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual inspections of IT equipment to identify faults such as cracks, dents, and broken displays.

Prepare configuration reports detailing hardware and software specifications.

Check BIOS settings for errors and troubleshoot any detected issues.

Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and essential software (MS Office, PDF Reader, etc.).

Troubleshoot Windows operating system and software errors efficiently.

Ensure MS Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve IT-related concerns.

Travel to client locations for IT maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
