Position - IT Executive
Location -Pithampur

The IT Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of hardware, software, networks, and security systems. This role involves providing technical support, implementing IT policies, and assisting in digital transformation initiatives to enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware & Software Maintenance:

Install, set up, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and company software.

User Support:

Help employees (especially production staff) with any computer or software-related problems.

HR & Admin Support:

Assist the HR and Admin teams with technical support and IT-related tasks.

Documentation:

Keep records of IT issues, solutions provided, and inventory of equipment/software.

Network Infrastructure:

Set up and maintain our internet network (LAN, WAN, cloud systems) to ensure smooth operations.

Network Security:

Protect our systems from unauthorized access by setting up proper security measures.

Network Monitoring:

Keep an eye on the network to make sure everything is running smoothly and fix issues before they affect work.

System Stability:

Make sure all-important systems and tools used in production are working well and without downtime.

Software/Hardware Integration:

Add new tools or machines to our system and make sure they work well with existing ones.

Problem Solving:

Identify and fix software bugs or technical issues quickly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support and Manufacturing Industry Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to support multiple departments (IT + HR/Admin)
