Job Description

:

We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable

IT Support / CCTV Technician

with experience in

CCTV systems, computer hardware, software, and basic networking

. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT and surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of

CCTV cameras (IP & Analog), DVR/NVR systems

Regular monitoring and troubleshooting of CCTV systems Installation and maintenance of

computer hardware

(PCs, laptops, printers, accessories) Software installation, updates, and troubleshooting (Windows and basic applications) Basic

networking knowledge

(LAN, IP addressing, routers, switches) Ensuring system security, backups, and smooth IT operations Providing on-site technical support as required Maintaining records of installations and maintenance work

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in

IT, Computer Hardware, or related field

Hands-on knowledge of

CCTV installation and support

Good understanding of

computer hardware and software

Basic networking and internet configuration skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

Experience:

1-3 years of experience preferred (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply)

Village Sarmastpur, Pathankot Road

Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
