Manage listings, content (photos, descriptions), rates, availability, and promotions across various OTAs (e.g., Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com).
System Integration & Support:
Handle setup, training, and ongoing support for OTA extranets and ensure smooth data flow with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers.
Data & Reporting:
Generate MIS reports, track performance, monitor payments, and ensure financial accuracy related to OTA commissions.
Content Optimization:
Update promotions, manage rate parity, and optimize content for better visibility and conversions.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the primary contact for OTA partners and collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and revenue teams.
Analysis:
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and platform performance to recommend improvements.
