West Coast Frozen Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and technically sound

IT Executive

to provide day-to-day IT support and ensure the smooth functioning of the company's IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and surveillance systems while delivering timely technical assistance to internal users.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and basic networking issues. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for employees through phone, in-person, or electronic support. Perform desktop troubleshooting and resolve system-related errors. Install, configure, update, and maintain computer hardware and software. Format, configure, and deploy computer systems as per company requirements. Install, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot printers to ensure uninterrupted operations. Manage and maintain CCTV systems, including regular checks, updates, and troubleshooting. Ensure periodic maintenance and timely updates of all IT systems. Maintain documentation and assist in developing an internal knowledge base of IT solutions, tips, and best practices. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues using available company resources. Collaborate with internal teams to support IT infrastructure and operational requirements. Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.

Required Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of networking concepts is mandatory. Strong understanding of computer hardware and operating systems. Experience in system formatting, troubleshooting, and IT asset support. Hands-on experience with printer and CCTV system maintenance. Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues. Good communication skills with a service-oriented approach. Router configuration and troubleshooting

Preferred Experience

1-2 years of experience in an IT support or IT executive role. Exposure to handling on-site IT support in a corporate or manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

Educational Qualifications

BCA ITI / Diploma in IT B.Tech (IT or related field)
