Resolving the software and Hardware issues of employees. 2) Communication with Hardware Vendor and Software Vendors for the Tickets which are raised and monitoring the progress of the ticket and update the same. 3) Able to handle the cloud server issue with help from our cloud partner. 4) Preparation and updating of the MIS about IT infrastructure. 5) Audit of Server files, Laptops , Email signature and Wallpaper.
