Key Responsibilities:
IT Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations.
Network & System Management:
Maintain, upgrade, and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
Cybersecurity:
Implement and monitor security measures to protect company data and prevent unauthorized access.
Software & Hardware Maintenance:
Install, configure, and update software applications and hardware components.
User Training:
Assist employees in using IT systems efficiently, providing training on best practices and security guidelines.
Data Backup & Recovery:
Ensure proper backup procedures are followed and implement disaster recovery plans.
Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to procure necessary hardware, software, and services.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain IT documentation, policies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Project Management:
Support IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
