Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, CCTV, and networking equipment
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware issues
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and repairs
2. Network & Connectivity
Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connections, routers, and switches
Ensure uninterrupted connectivity at office and construction sites
Maintain VPN and remote access systems (if applicable)
3. Software & Application Support
Install and manage licensed software (Windows, MS Office, accounting/ERP tools, CRM, project management software)
Provide technical support to users for day-to-day IT issues
Coordinate with software vendors for upgrades and issue resolution
4. Data Management & Security
Ensure regular data backup (local & cloud)
Maintain data confidentiality and access control
Implement basic cybersecurity measures (antivirus, firewall, password policies)
5. Attendance & IT Systems Support
Manage biometric attendance systems and access control
Coordinate with HR for attendance data, reports, and system updates
6. Site IT Support
Provide IT support to project sites as and when required
Setup site offices with internet, systems, and communication tools
Ensure smooth IT operations at remote locations
7. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain IT asset inventory and licenses
Document system configurations, backups, and SOPs
Support internal audits and compliance requirements
8. User Training & Support
Train employees on basic system usage, data security, and IT policies
Act as first-level IT helpdesk support
