The Desktop Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and basic network infrastructure to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and standard applications
Support Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 users
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
Handle user account creation, password resets, and access support
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software issues
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Ensure systems are updated with security patches and antivirus
Provide on-site and remote IT support as required
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
1-2 years of experience in desktop or technical support
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, IP, Wi-Fi)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin
