Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Executive to provide L1/L2 technical support, manage network security, and ensure smooth IT operations across systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and monitor

firewalls, VPNs, IP addressing

, and network connectivity. Perform

data backups

, recovery, and basic system maintenance. Troubleshoot network and system issues and escalate when required. Maintain IT documentation and ensure system security and uptime.

Requirements:

Knowledge of

Networking, Firewall, VPN, Backups, IP Addressing

. Basic understanding of

CCNA-level concepts

. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Diploma/Bachelor's in IT or related field preferred.
