The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and users. This role ensures smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and data security while supporting business needs through effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and IT equipment
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security tools
Monitor system performance and ensure data backup and recovery
Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset management
Ensure data security, antivirus protection, and compliance with IT policies
Coordinate with vendors for IT services, repairs, and purchases
Support new system implementations and upgrades
Train employees on basic IT usage and best practices
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Basic understanding of servers, firewalls, and cybersecurity
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and user-support skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
4 - 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related role
