We are hiring IT Executive. Below are the details -

Eligibility:

1. Bachelor s Degree (BE or BS/BCA) in Computer Science / Information Technology

2. 2 years of experience as IT Professional or similar position with strong understanding of network fundamentals & system administration practices.

Required Skills:

1. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high- pressure environment. Experience of working in a team- oriented and collaborative environment with good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
2 Desktop troubleshooting and IT support for local & remote users.

3. Experience with supporting Windows 10 & Office applications (MS Office, OpenOffice)

4. Experience working with help desk management system Using monitoring tools & preventive maintenance techniques. Well versed with Inventory / Asset management processes. Knowledge of Remote control tools (LogMeIn, VNC, SSH etc.)

5. Managing L2 / L3 level support for Servers & network infrastructure Expertise in supporting Microsoft Windows servers. Experience with managing Linux servers would be an added advantage

6. Experience in managing CRM & cloud services/platforms like Office 365, Google Workspace Apps, AWS. Exposure to Network monitoring application. Managing network equipment & managing access policies- Router, Managed switches, Firewalls - web filtering. Network & systems security audit, backup management & health reporting.

Shift timing: US Shift (5 PM - 2 AM).
Saturday & Sunday fixed off.
Mode of work - Work from office
